An intuition, feeling, and overwhelming urge that something is going to go haywire or out-of-control has been experienced by some of us and we often call this “Gut Feeling”, and phrases like ‘Go with your gut, trust your instincts’ etc strengthen the notion and Trust me, Mums are very well equipped with this primitive, magical and often true Gut feeling because ‘Mums just Know’ sorry all the dads. I also acknowledge and respect all others who refute it based upon science and looking for more answers.
Although Modern research on the gut-brain-axis (GBA) which is biochemical signaling that takes place between the gastrointestinal tract and central #nervoussystem (CNS) affirms the connection between the mind, emotions, and the digestive system. Researchers have established the fact the gut and brain have the potential to influence our Moods, Stress, and Hormones.
Hence the health of the gut impacts the health of the brain and our ability to manage all stressful situations that we are in, therefore Gut health is very important in this constantly changing world.
What prompted me to do research on “Gut Healing” was when I met my dearest friend after a decade, she told me about her weight loss journey where she lost oodles of #weight, but I must say and she would agree that I personally don’t like the idea of superficial, whimsical promises such as protein shakes, meal replacement, etc. that became part of your life and require you to prevent yourself to access the food that you have eaten on a day-to-day basis, but when she said that her program is so easy and I can choose from a wide variety of food list that will be provided to me. She even went further that her whole family enjoys the variety now and are so happy now.
Viola this is what I wanted for my loving nephew and my “Gut feeling” encouraged me to motivate him to join or at least try. So, we started our #journey with the “Weight Loss Program”; he was full-on onboard and so was my friend, who wanted to show me that this will work. A list of shopping was handed to him and a “daily meal plan” which I believe was very helpful, but I must say after many food replacements he was on track, and to my amusement, he came out winner, he lost weight and he is managing it well.
This was an eye-opening experience for me which later prompted me to learn more about the program and above all the list of food. So far, I came to know that the program that is developed by a nutritionist has the listed food which healed the “Gut”. I won’t disclose the list but I must say it's so carefully crafted that anyone’s “Gut Feeling” would encourage them to be a part of it.
